Please hand in the application form during our practice time. Beginners just need to put on sports wear for practice. Please visit our dojos during practise time for application.

Basic Requirements:
1. Physically and mentally able
2. Six year-old of above
3. A copy of Macau ID card and two 1/2 inch photos
4. Agree to pay annual fee and monthly fee regularly (Please refer to note 1& 2)

Note:
1. Annual fee: Macau Patacas (MOP) 100 only
2. Monthly fee: Macau Patacas (MOP) 50 only
